Reimagining clinical workflows to reduce burnout and improve care
Redesigned the ambulatory EHR experience at Altera Digital Health to reduce effort, streamline tasks, and clarify workflows at the point of care.
Grounded in field research and co-creation with clinicians, this work surfaced real stories that aligned leadership, anchored the roadmap, and focused delivery.
Result: A simplified interface that made care faster, easier, and more human — and achieved a System Usability Score of 85.
